In my opinion Chefs Training and Innovation Academy was the greatest career choice I made, where I as a student chef was able to learn how to pull all my skills together. If indeed a career in the culinary field is what you want, then you have to jump in with both feet and make a commitment to take in all the knowledge thrown at you during your time as a student.
Chefs Training and Innovation Academy has incredible people, from my amazing classmates, to the experienced chef lecturers, to the modern and professional kitchen facilities, to the friendly office staff, all the way to the front of house. Each and every one of them has become my family and they continue to inspire me to keep wanting to live my dream long after I have left.
Once in the industry one needs to carry themselves up the culinary “flight of stairs” but, if you are willing to walk arm in arm with the chef lecturers at Chefs Training and Innovation Academy, they will assist and tackle the “flight of stairs” with you.
