From bagels, focaccia’s through to doughnuts and fougasse this shadow week promises to entice your taste buds and give you the #ChefLife feels.
Practical Classes as follows:
- Day 1- Dinner Rolls, Focaccia, Bagel, Croissant Starter
- Day 2- Yoghurt Loaf, Milk Loaf, High Water Ratio Bread
- Day 3- Fougasse, Pita Bread, Doughnuts, Chelsea buns
- Day 4- Cover polystyrene with fondant, creating a plaque with fondant, painting/royal icing embroidery on plaque (demo steaming to set color)
