So you’re interested in becoming a chef?

The Chefs Training and Innovation Academy offers culinary courses, pastry courses and hospitality management courses. There are options for full-time and part-time study, with the option to also further your studies internationally with the BHMS or NH Hotel Group. Our lecturers have over 200 years combined experience in the industry and their one on one approach in class allows lecturers to get to know each student and their strengths!
