For the 3rd year in a row we have had the best heritage themed open day and on 4 September YOU can come and experience it in all it’s glory. Imagine all your favourite flavours, dishes and desserts. With all the excitement and delicious food and drinks, we will also be talking about our campus, students, opportunities and courses available. Full-time and part-time courses are available at CTIA, for both culinary and patisserie disciplines. CTIA offers courses from beginner levels to more advanced course options. Not sure what is required to attend chef school at CTIA? All your questions can and will be answered at the Open Day.
