  • CTIA Innovation Programme – Patisserie – this 2-month, full-time certificate provides hours of hands-on training. Designed to arm students with the right business and kitchen skills to enter the industry as a pâtissier or run their own pastry business, this certificate highlights the technical mastery to create true works of art. Students are exposed to the technical aspects of bread, ice-cream, chocolate, cake design, and molecular gastronomy.
  • CTIA Innovation in Pastry Combined Programme – this 18-month programme combines three courses in one programme. It covers the City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking Programme, the City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Patisserie Programme, and the CTIA Innovation in Pastry Programme.
