      B.H.M.S. Culinary Arts Diploma

       

      Once a student has completed Semester 1 and 2 of the Chef qualification, to be eligible for the BHMS Culinary Arts Diploma at an additional fee. These two semesters are the 1st year of the 3-year qualification and students can obtain the QCTO Occupational Certificate: Cook, NQF4 once completed.

      B.H.M.S. Culinary Arts Higher Diploma

      Upon completing the full 3-year programme, which includes Semesters 1 through 6 and Work Integrated Learning, students become eligible for the BHMS Culinary Arts Higher Diploma in Switzerland, also at an additional fee. This qualification will allow them to continue their studies and advance into the degree programme.
