The food preparation industry is action-packed, fast-paced, and requires continual learning to stay abreast of new developments in the sector. Getting your foot in the door, whether you want to be a chef de cuisine, pâtissier, or even own your own restaurant, can be difficult in this highly competitive field. Fortunately, with the right kind of training behind your name, this dream becomes much more achievable. Here at Chefs Training & Innovation Academy, you can trust that our academic offerings will not only set you up for success but help you step into any job with confidence. We currently boast several chef courses that will place you at the forefront of the industry and open up endless career opportunities once you are qualified.

Full-time Chef Courses

Our full-time, professional chef courses are geared towards students who want to immerse themselves in an interactive and supportive learning environment that offers them extensive knowledge of food preparation and its industry. Of course, the national COVID-19 regulations have influenced our day-to-day schedules, but we accommodate these guidelines to keep our students safe. When lockdown levels lift, full-day classes (from 09h00 to 16h00) and more on-campus contact will be implemented. For now, however, classes are kept to a minimum number of students. During lockdown, full-time programmes are also made up of four-hour classes that run from Monday to Friday on-campus with us. Therefore, students are still able to enjoy practical and theoretical training while remaining safe and adhering to social distancing guidelines.

Part-time Chef Courses

Here at the Chefs Training & Innovation Academy, we also offer part-time chef courses (which are a form of flipped, or blended, learning). This is ideal for students who are currently working or those who cannot dedicate a full week to their studying journey. For our culinary programmes, students attend practical classes one evening per week. The theoretical training, on the other hand, is completed via our online platform, Moodle.ctia.

E-learning Chef Courses

Students who are unable to attend on-campus training can still enrol with one of our stellar E-learning programmes which offer both practical and theoretical training online. However, students still have the option of attending an on-campus or live streaming contact session with us monthly. This option is highly interactive and lecturer support is available every step of the way. As an online learner with our academy, you will have access to live webinars, Zoom online classes, instructional guides, recipes, training videos, and much, much more.

For chef courses that are sure to set you on the right career path, simply fill out our online contact form today and we will get back to you.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
