A learnership is a vocational education and training programme to facilitate the linkage between structured learning and work experience to obtain a registered qualification. It combines theory and workplace practice into a qualification that is registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

CTIA understands the importance of reinforcement and refreshing of critical skills and knowledge in the chef and hospitality industry and therefor offers structured and accredited as well as shorter programmes and workshops on various topics as required in the workplace. These can be presented in various ways such as workshops, on the job coaching, mentorship, assignments, short programmes, blended learning and/or role play scenarios. The training methodology and time can be adjusted and designed to suite the establishment’s time and needs.

*These programmes are custom made to suite the company and can be done at a nearby CTIA Campus or at the establishment.
