Full-Time
COURSE FEES
Our full-time progammes are offered from Mondays – Fridays between 08:00 – 17:00. You can choose between a variety of courses and qualifications that will set you up for success in the culinary world. All our full-time programmes include an industry placement where students have the opportunity to apply their newly learned skills in a working establishment and gain invaluable real work experience.
PART-TIME
COURSE FEES
Students attend a practical class once a week from 18h00 to 22h00. This is usually on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, depending on your choice of programme and the training delivery schedule. Students also complete their theory modules through CTIA’s online platform (Moodle.ctia). All courses include City & Guilds registration and certification. Fees indicated are for the full duration of the programme.
Culinary Programmes: one evening per week (18h00 – 22h00) and Hospitality Management Programmes: one day per week (9h00 – 16h00)
ONLINE
COURSE FEES
Theory training is conducted through our online platform with regularly scheduled online-classes. Students will attend live webinars, watch videos, complete activities, and submit assignments through the online platform (Moodle.ctia). For the practical training, students will receive instructional guides, recipes, and videos of the activities to be completed. All of this is supported by our mentors who will guide, mentor, and support the student throughout the programme and where necessary. During the practical sessions, video and photographic evidence needs to be collected as evidence for the student’s formative assessments. Students will be required to complete the final examinations at their nearest Campus. All courses include City & Guilds registration and certification. Fees indicated are for the full duration of the programme. CTIA aims to take the distance out of distance learning.
