Full-time programmes, Monday- Friday, 8:00 - 17:00. Explore diverse courses, gain hands-on experience, and excel with industry placements.
Flexible part-time programmes: Attend one evening a week, 18:00 - 22:00. Experience hands-on classes in culinary arts or pastry.
Guided by dedicated instructors on Moodle and Microsoft Teams, theory training and live sessions make it accessible from anywhere. Capture evidence during practical activities. Conclude your journey with a final exam at the nearest CTIA Campus.
