- Describe your CTIA campus in three words: food, fun, fantastic
- What sets CTIA apart? Our lectures share dedictaion to push out the best possible students in terms of cooking skills, work ethic and overall team players.
- What is your top tip for aspiring chefs? Never say no as a young chef. Do as much as possible without burning out. Be prepared to achieve, to fail and to do it all over again…
- What is your favourite food item to prepare? By no means do I have a favourite food item or specific cuisine. I enjoy experimenting and trying out exotic flavours. After all, variety is the spice of life.
- Anything you refuse to eat? I think I only draw the line when it comes to hannibal lecter type of cuisine.
- Share a memorable foodie moment. All the best foodie moments come at a time when you least expect it. When you are under the most pressure and feel your world falling apart, and when you finally execute a great plate of food and have guests say your food was amazing. Those small little miniscule moments are the highlight of any chefs career.
