What sets CTIA apart? Our lectures share dedictaion to push out the best possible students in terms of cooking skills, work ethic and overall team players.
What is your top tip for aspiring chefs? Never say no as a young chef. Do as much as possible without burning out. Be prepared to achieve, to fail and to do it all over again…
What is your favourite food item to prepare? By no means do I have a favourite food item or specific cuisine. I enjoy experimenting and trying out exotic flavours. After all, variety is the spice of life.
Anything you refuse to eat? I think I only draw the line when it comes to hannibal lecter type of cuisine.
Share a memorable foodie moment. All the best foodie moments come at a time when you least expect it. When you are under the most pressure and feel your world falling apart, and when you finally execute a great plate of food and have guests say your food was amazing. Those small little miniscule moments are the highlight of any chefs career.
