I tend to enjoy what is available in season.

  • Share a memorable foodie moment:  For me it is defiantly when I made my first connection with food. I was 11 years old and I went for my morning play on a Saturday in the garden, my dad had spring baby carrots that was ready to harvest and I was so excited. I pulled the carrot out of the ground and rinsed it in the pond and then took a bite. It was the sweetest carrot I ever tasted and my connection and love for food started.
