What sets CTIA apart?

The thing that sets CTIA apart is the genuine care we have for our students; this is not just a school where you get mediocre chef training. We want the best for our students and push them to achieve more and reach higher heights as they future of into the cheffing industry.

What is your top tip for aspiring chefs?

There is a quote that comes to mind from one of my favourite films, I will adjust it a little though. It says “Cheffing is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you’re going to get.” Always have an open mind in this ever-evolving industry.

What is your favourite food item to prepare?

I’ve always loved Asian cuisine and anything relating to sourdoughs.

Anything you refuse to eat?

Raw tomatoes are the pits, there is so much you can do with tomatoes so why eat it raw?

One of my most memorable foodie moments was when I went into industry as a student and got the chance to be an assistant to one of the master chef Australia at the 2020 appetite fest.
