This programme is only available full-time at Centurion and Nelspruit Campuses

DURATION

FULL-TIME: 12 Months

THE NITTY GRITTY

Entry requirements

Entrants must have completed Grade 11.

 

This is a dual accredited programme, with the national qualification issued by CATHSSETA and the international qualification issued by City & Guilds.

Mode of delivery: On-campus training and workplace integrated learning

 

You will graduate with the following certification:

  • CATHSSETA National Certificate in Food & Beverage Services NQF4 (SAQA ID: 14113)
  • City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Food & Beverage Services (8064-03)

 

PLEASE NOTE: All students will need access to a computer or laptop with Microsoft Office Suite and stable internet/data. From Semester 2, students must be able to bring a laptop or notebook to class.
