Accredited Online Programmes

CTIA’s Online programmes make distance learning flexible, allowing you to study toward a professional chef qualification from anywhere. Theory is delivered via our online platform (Moodle), where students watch videos, complete activities, submit assignments, and attend scheduled online classes. Hands-on training includes instructional manuals, recipes, and video tutorials, with regular live sessions from a dedicated instructor on Microsoft Teams. Students document their practical activities with video and photo evidence for assessments. The program concludes with a final practical exam at the nearest CTIA Campus.
