Right now, we are sending three deserving students to the Maldives to work at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa on the Maamutaa Island. A 6-star service in paradise, the Maamutaa Island is a magical getaway where guests sky-dive onto the beach, practise yoga on the ocean, scuba dive in crystal-clear turquoise water, and indulge in fine dining gastronomy.
Students Are Challenged as they Gain Exposure, Experience, and Skills
In this internship, students will be challenged as they learn the “language” of a new cuisine at seven different fine dining restaurants, including a vegan restaurant. They will gain experience with different cultures, as well as real hands-on experience with preparing and creating an array of international cuisines. Students will also get to understand the business side of running a restaurant, and they will also gain front-of-house exposure and hospitality exposure.
