Hands-on experience: This course allows students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in both in cooking and baking, by spending time on-the-job with our approved partners. Students will spend a week in an artisanal bakery, that will culminate in an exciting bake-off that is sure to put your newly-developed talents to the test. As part of the course you will also get the opportunity to spend a week at a butcher or fishmonger, learning from professionals and honing your skills as you prepare a delicious chef’s table as your final challenge.
