Cultivating Culinary Excellence: Embark on a Journey of Flavours at Our Premier Culinary School
The world of hospitality – and especially the culinary arts – is exciting, fast-paced, creative, and dynamic. Aspiring chefs wanting to build a successful career in the industry have likely considered enrolling in culinary school. Obtaining a professional qualification from a premier culinary school like The Chefs Training & Innovation Academy (CTIA) sets students up for success by offering them a solid foundation in the field and connecting them with experts in the industry.
Culinary Courses Offered at CTIA
CTIA has two primary options for those looking to gain professional culinary qualifications, namely full-time and part-time offerings. Below, we will explore each in more detail.
- Full-time courses: Our full-time courses offer students the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the world of the culinary arts. Courses run from Monday to Friday and include industry placements where students get the chance to work in top establishments. Full-time programmes include our 3-year chef and patisserie qualification, 18-month cook qualification with a diploma in patisserie, 3-year chef qualification, 12-month patisserie qualification, and a 6-month foundation programme in professional cooking.
- Part-time courses: Part-time courses are ideal for students who need to juggle busy schedules or work alongside their studies. Our part-time courses are held in our training kitchens and courses run once a week in the evenings between 18:00 – 22:00. These hands-on programmes include a 12-month professional culinary arts programme, an 18-month combined culinary arts and pastry programme, and a 6-month foundational programme in professional cooking.
Both options enable students to glean the necessary knowledge and skills to become experts in the sector.
All courses are recognised by the international accreditation body City & Guilds, meaning that students can also take their skills abroad once they qualify from our culinary school.
