About Our Short Courses

What many prospective students don’t know, however, is that we also offer a series for home cooks and foodies alike who are looking to start cooking or refine the skills they already have. The series offers a structured knowledge framework and relevant skills foundation that will cover the essential fundamentals in a fun-filled learning environment. Aspirant chefs and at-home culinary experimenters between the ages of 16 and 66 can choose between the Cooking Series or the Baking Series.
The Cooking Series
This short culinary course offers comprehensive cookery training in nine weeks, designed to take you from rookie status to master of your own kitchen. The course is ideal for anyone looking to train under professional chefs, without the need to worry about the time-consuming complexity of a full-time programme. During this course, students will learn about everything from knife skills and kitchen basics to preparing dishes that include finicky ingredients such as seafood and red meat. We will teach you through fun and interactive lessons on how to skilfully navigate your kitchen while creating and plating scrumptious food.
The Baking Series
Our nine-week Baking Series is a sought-after short course because it offers amateur pâtissiers the chance to hone their skills and even start their own business. This course will even give you the edge when it comes to presenting because we have a class dedicated to plating desserts and presentation. With us, you will learn about cakes, dessert decorating, pastries, artisan breads, and how to plate beautiful desserts.
