Here at the Chefs Training & Innovation Academy, we are passionate about all things cuisine. Our aim will always be to equip students with the skills they need to flourish in any culinary career they choose. But we also enjoy creating a space for anyone to learn about cooking – whether they are an amateur or a professional. We have therefore carefully created short cooking courses tailored to home cooks who wish to refine their culinary prowess and even make money from it.

We currently have two short courses – a Cooking Series and a Baking series. Both of these short courses are nine weeks long and go through a range of weekly modules that cover the A to Zs of food preparation.

  1. Ideal for Foodies and At-home Cooks Alike

It’s tough to strike a balance when it comes to short cooking courses – not everyone has the same level of experience in the kitchen. Our course, fortunately, remedies this by not only covering all of the fundamentals of cookery but explores some advanced skills too that anyone will appreciate. So, whether you only know the basics of boiling an egg, or if you are adept at whipping up a family feast, you can still enrol.

  1. Work Through a Structured Programme

Our short cooking courses are structured and progress according to weekly topics. This means that each week is dedicated to learning something completely new, whether this is the art of pasta-making or mastering macaroons.

  1. Learn About More than Just Cooking Techniques

While you dive headfirst into the exciting world of delicious cuisine, you will be learning a few other things along the way too. Kitchen basics, knife skills, using condiments, and even photographing your prepared dishes are all elements in our short cooking courses to which you can look forward.

  1. Almost Any Age Can Join

Our short cooking courses are accessible and students between the ages of 16 and 66 are free to enrol. It does not matter if you are in high school or looking to learn how to bake pastries for your grandchildren, our classes are bound to be tons of exciting fun.

  1. Kickstart Your Own Business

If you are interested in learning more about cookery or baking in order to grow or expand your business, or just make some extra money, our courses are ideal. In the Baking Series, you will also learn about marketing your products and how to take professional snapshots of your creative confectionery.
