CTIA offers a 9-week Cooking series and a 9-week Baking series aimed at both the home cook and food enthusiast. These classes cater for beginners who are learning to cook for the first time, as well as more serious foodies, who want to take their tinkering in the kitchen to the next level, with a structured knowledge framework and skills foundation. Whether you are 16 or 66 years old, we have the ideal short course for you. These courses will teach you all the fundamentals, without the complexities of a full-time course. Now you can learn to cook like a pro at a reasonable price, while having the freedom to carry on with your everyday life or full-time job. CORPORATE TRAINING

A learnership is a vocational education and training programme to facilitate the linkage between structured learning and work experience to obtain a registered qualification. It combines theory and workplace practice into a qualification that is registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

CTIA understands the importance of reinforcement and refreshing of critical skills and knowledge in the chef and hospitality industry and therefor offers structured and accredited as well as shorter programmes and workshops on various topics as required in the workplace. These can be presented in various ways such as workshops, on the job coaching, mentorship, assignments, short programmes, blended learning and/or role play scenarios. The training methodology and time can be adjusted and designed to suite the establishment’s time and needs.
