Full-Time Professional Culinary Courses
Professional culinary courses at any of CTIA’s four campuses (Centurion, Stellenbosch, Durban, or Mbombela) throw you straight into the deep end in the best way possible. Full-time students clock in for tasting, chopping, flambéing and food styling from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Part-Time Professional Culinary Courses
Have a day job but knead to bake? The Blended Hustle lets you train face-to-face one evening a week, from 18:00 to 22:00. The vibe is workshop-style learning with immediate, hands-on instruction in culinary arts or pastry.
These part-time courses are designed for hustlers who don’t just want to watch cooking shows… they want to live them. Even though you’re not studying with us full-time, you’ll still get the CTIA fire, face-to-face mentorship, and a serious step up in the chef world.
Professional Culinary Courses Online
With guided sessions on Microsoft Teams, assessments on Moodle, and instructors with decades of experience, “remote” doesn’t mean removed. Welcome to the CTIA online cooking school! You’ll complete real-time assignments, submit photo and video evidence of your work, and come in for a final competency exam at a nearby CTIA campus.
